Since 2012, URBE is a non-profit institute that promotes reflections, research and projects involving art and contemporary urban public space. Its purpose is to give other meanings to the occupation of the public space, stimulating the transformation of places that integrate the community through art, social innovation and education, in a dialogue of convergent interests between cultural, economic and social agents.
